You may  have  seen this picture before but this is Bev's Gr Grandparents and some of their children some of the people in the picture are unknown to us if you recognize any of them please let Bev know... The two people seated are William and Cora the 2 children they are holding we do not know  who they are yet... the little boy standing next to William is William Glenn Phillips who is the son of Ida Cora Hunter/Phillips William and Cora's daughter and she is the lady who is standing by Cora in the White Blouse....the others in the picture are all unknown at this time....like I said  earlier if you  know any of the unknown people contact Bev if you have questions you may contact her on this family also...you may still contact me any time you would like with any questions you may have on anything.... 

As of 7-10-06 I was able to find out the name of 3 other people in the photo the boy you can hardly see on the far left by Cora is Benjamin Earl Hunter & the girl on the right behind William Long is Addie Delphine Hunter/Flynn and the boy furthest to the right is Ed Clarence Hunter.....a new contact helped me with this info I want to thank that person.....

Olive Bertina Strout Is the wife of Benjamin Earl Hunter (Bev's Grandparents)  Olive was born Nov. 30,1897 in River Falls, WI to Willis Strout and Millie Musser...In the photo with Olive (who is the person furthest to the left) are her children who are in front of her, Edna & William Lincoln who are Bev's father and Aunt....next to Olive is her mother Millie Musser/Strout/Seldon (Bev's Great Grandma) and and the couple on the end are Elizabeth and Luther Musser Millie's Parents which means they are Bev's Gr Gr Grandparents....

William Lincoln married Ethel Marie Teresa Klein, William was born in Hudson - Villiage in WI Feb. 12, 1920 and Ethel was born in Trenton IL.....

Son of John Blair Hunter & Rebecca Jane Murlatte....Age 14,  He is the great grandpa to Bev.....The photo is from Bev's family photo album, and she was nice enough to share it with me so I could share it with you too.....  

Bev's Grandpa Ben at his Bar in Coomer WI.....She said there was an old feed mill and grainery That they held dances, in the upstairs....Ben and His Wife Olive (Bev's Grandma) lived upstairs in the back for awhile when Ben first got out of the Navy.....

This picture is one of the pictures from Rebecca Jane Malott/Hunter's photo album Bev was able to get the pictures from a family member... Rebecca is Bev's Gr Gr Grandma, she was John Blair Hunter's 1st wife.... Rebecca was born around 1827 and she died Oct. 30, 1861....she died from consumption which is a long term lingering disease like tuberculosis she suffered for awhile and she was buried on the land her and john owned and near the house they lived in.....the girls in this photo with the 2 babies are unknown to us at this time, but my thought is since there are two babies at the same time and 2 girls that look like they are about 2 years apart to me they could be Rebecca's 2 daughters Elizabeth & Adelaide they would have lived with their father John Blair Hunter and their Step mom Nancy Ann Goggins/Hunter The 2 babies then could be John and Annie's Twin daughters who were born in 1863 Elizabeth would have been 10 years old and Addie would have been 8 years old......

We have done alot of searching for information on Rebecca.....Bev has check all over in places like Canada, New York, PA, WI... Rececca was french from what we can tell right now and from what Bev has learned from her family....If anyone can Help her out with any information on Rebecca Jane Malott ---spelling in photo album is "Murlatte"--- please let Bev know her email address is listed above at the top of the page.....

Some of the other Surnames on Bev's side of the family are =  MUSSER, STROUT, KLEIN, HILL (Eliza Jane Hill)she was Millie's mother (photo above) she could have been Native American.... PARKER, (Cora Edna THING's parents were Anna and Thomas Parker), MURLATTE (MALOTT, MALET),

Some Family Bev is looking for is Robert Hill & Mary Slack,  New York area or possibly Canada... Born in the late 1700's origin unkown at this time...

Perches Robert Hill (son of Robert & Mary) born 1811-12 in New York & died in WI in 1897...  Ester Cornelia,  is the wife of Perches Hill, she was born in New York, died in WI in 1885... Do not know for sure if Cornelia is her Middle name or her Surname....  Their two oldest children, Sirls & James were born in Pennsylvania... Perches and Emily, Eliza, Safronia & William were born in Canada.... Their youngest daughter Florence was born in Michigan... Do not know when they moved to WI.....

This Is an affidavit that is actually for my Gr Gr grandma's (Nancy "Annie" Goggins/Hunter) widows pension after Our Gr Gr Grandpa John Blair Hunter died......but the neat thing about this statement is it tells us Where Bev's Gr Gr Grandma Rebecca is actually buried, which we had no record of and had no idea of where she was buried we couldn't find her in any cemetery in Diamond Bluff which is where she died..... now that we have this, along with a few other affidavits Bev now knows that her Grandma Rebecca is buried near her house she lived in, in Diamond Bluff....This is among some of the papers I got from Helen when we exchanged info a few years ago....
